Richard Scarry
Richard Scarry (1919–1994) was an American children’s author and illustrator celebrated for his richly detailed and friendly animal characters. Over his career, he created more than 300 books, including the beloved Busytown series, which has sold tens of millions of copies worldwide. His engaging illustrations and focus on everyday community life have made his work a lasting favourite for generations of young readers
