Mirelle Ortega
Mirelle Ortega is a Mexican-born author-illustrator and concept artist for kidlit and animation, now based in Los Angeles. Her debut picture book 'Magic: Once Upon a Faraway Land', inspired by growing up on her family’s pineapple farm, won a 2023 Pura Belpré Illustrator Honor.
