Miriam Halahmy

Miriam Halahmy writes novels, short stories and poetry for children, teens and adults. ​She was a special needs teacher and departmental head for many years. She believes that all young people have a future and that reading can offer a route map forward. She has been married into an Iraqi family for more than thirty years and their stories provided much of the inspiration for her novel Hidden.
