Michael Morpurgo
Michael Morpurgo is an award-winning British author best known for his emotionally rich children’s novels, including 'War Horse' and 'Private Peaceful'. Born in 1943, he has written over 100 books, many inspired by history, nature, and his experiences working with young people. He also co-founded the charity Farms for City Children, which gives urban kids the chance to experience rural life.
