Ayisha Malik is a British author born and raised in London, best known for her contemporary novels 'Sofia Khan Is Not Obliged' and 'The Other Half of Happiness'. She holds a BA in English Literature and Sociology and a first-class MA in Creative Writing, and previously worked in publishing before becoming a full-time writer.
