Athena Kugblenu
Athena Kugblenu is a British stand-up comedian, writer, podcaster and voice artist known for her sharp, intelligent humour and frequent appearances on UK TV and radio, including Mock the Week and BBC Radio 4 programs. She has written for numerous shows such as Horrible Histories and The Russell Howard Hour, was a finalist in the BBC New Comedy Awards, and received the BBC’s Felix Dexter Bursary in 2020. In addition to her live comedy and broadcast work, she hosts podcasts and has published children’s history books filled with witty takes on “epic fibs and fails.”
