Aleema Omotoni
Aleema Omotoni is an award-winning British-Nigerian author who writes young adult novels featuring Black teens navigating friendship, family, identity, and first love in both contemporary and fantasy settings. Her debut novel, Everyone's Thinking It (2023), won the 2024 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Literary Work – Youth/Teens and was praised for its engaging mystery and thoughtful exploration of race and belonging.
