I really loved this book as it was a real life true story and so cool to hear about a dog in the war. My favourite character was Judy the dog.
My best bit of the book was when the German ship sank. It was nice that it was a happy ending, I really liked that part.
The drawings were really good. I would describe this book as real, true and emotional.
I would give it 10/10. I wish there were other books about the incredible war animals.

She knows that she brings comfort to the men, making her job very important during these hard times.
But when her soldiers are taken prisoner and she is separated from her beloved Frank, she must find the strength to keep going. She is their only hope…
