This book is so funny that milk would have come out of my nose if I had been drinking it at the time!

At the beginning superpowers are given out and some are very silly! Why the power to write neatly? Or make anything into mac ‘n’ cheese? What about the power to make cheeseburgers? I like cheeseburgers!
Look at page 19 to find out what happens to the queue of animals when the lion gets hungry…oh no…Have a look on page 97 for a unusual and hilarious café menu – would you like mac’n’cheese salad (without the salad)?!?!
The pictures are hilarious especially the one on page 28 about a zebra with a jam jar.
I am looking forward to reading the next Terrible Trio book. I think in the next book there should be a character with the superpower to teleport.
If you like reading the Looshkin or Shouty kid books you will like The Terrible Trio.

In a world where all animals have superpowers, Zeb the zebra, Margarine the penguin, and Barry the lemur have the WORST powers of all.
Zeb, Margarine, and Barry end up at the back of the line to have the Superpower Supermarket Manager grant them their superpowers and end up getting the short end of the stick.
Working at a café and watching everybody else save the world day in and day out, Zeb, Margarine, and Barry wonder if they will ever get to be superheroes for a day themselves.
