I loved how the author described the main characters and the monsters
I felt that the opening paragraph was good because it was the part at the beginning that made me want to read more. The setting was very atmospheric. It made me almost feel like I was there.
The characters were great. I loved how the author described the main characters and the monsters.
I thought the plot-line was amazing because it had a creepy vibe at the beginning and a sinister twist at the end. I don’t think it’s a spoiler to say that the ending was very creepy because it made me imagine that it was real!
I thought that the illustrations by Luke Brookes were very impressive. The illustrator is really good at his job.
The design/layout was in a good order because the story made complete sense and wasn’t hard to understand.
I would recommend this to all my friends and all people that are fans of sci-fi and alien genres.
About the Book
Kyle and Lauren Dempsey believe their soldier stepdad is dead, killed in action in Northern Ireland. But then he turns up at their flat in the Alpine Heights tower block, terrifying changed.
