all the characters were nice, funny and clumsy!
This book was really good because it was an interesting tale. Callie spends summer with her Gran and she doesn’t really want to be on stage.
My favourite character is Timothy the giraffe because he trips over everywhere with his long legs, but all the characters were nice, funny and clumsy!
The pictures are really good and the two theatres connecting through a forest is pretty cool because it’s like an indoor forest of painted trees turning into real trees. I think it must have been quite a shock when she met the hedgehog.
The hedgehog gets stage fright and so does Callie, but when they go on stage they remember their lines perfectly. I enjoyed her performance of stinky Malone who eats a lot of beans and farts a lot it was very funny especially the farting fox.
The animals are like the humans because Gran’s friends argued and so did the animals. I was happy that they managed to save both theatres.
I would recommend this book to everyone.
