Book Review

This is the second book in the series.  I have not read the first one but that did not make any difference. I really loved this book. My favourite bit was when large mamma gave the planets the living sandwich I thought this was really funny.

It was quite easy to read with not too many words on the paper so it didn’t feel too hard to read. There were a few illustrations which also broke up the text and were quite funny.

My favourite character was stamp the dog because he was a silly robot dog.

There weren’t any parts that I did not enjoy reading. I would like to try the first book in the series now and any others that the author may write.
8.5/10 from Jacob.

I recommended it to my brother who is aged 6 who enjoyed it too. Here is his review:
I thought that this book was really good- especially when the big stink happened.

It was really funny with the stink part and I really love stinks. My favourite character was postman planet who was the main character. He was really smart and I thought it was funny when they hold their noses. I really liked the farting chamber too!

The pictures in the book were drawn well and helped me with the story- but I wish they had been in full colour.
I would like to read the first one in the series and find out about more postman planet adventures. I read it really fast and read 5 chapters in 1 day.

I give it 9/10.

About the Book

The planet of Nicetopia is the politest corner of the galaxy. Nothing could ever spoil their ideal society . . . UNTIL evil super-genius Dr Stankenstein dumps HUGE quantities of his Stink Potion into their water supply. Everyone on the planet is farting uncontrollably, ruining their polite paradise.

There are only twelve space-hours left before the atmosphere becomes irrevocably farty, and the planet of Nicetopia becomes RUDETOPIA. The only hope? The antitdote. And there is only one person in the galaxy intrepid enough to deliver it. You’ve guessed it . . . POSTMAN PLANET!
