If I had to describe this book in three words, I would say heroic, mysterious and funny
What a brilliant book! When I saw the front cover, I was amazed by the wonderful picture and the Braille. I think that it is really nice that the author has added the Braille to show that this is about a blind person. I
I had read the first book in the series called Ella Jones versus the Sun Stealer, so I couldn’t wait to find out what she was going to get up to next! The mysterious title lures you and makes you want to read this book!
This book is about a girl called Ella. When a strange noise comes and makes people angry, Ella and her friends must try to find out what has happened before the world descends into chaos.
My favourite bit is when they try to rob an old man’s house to get a map that will show them were to find the shield of Horus which will save the world.
If I had to describe this book in three words, I would say heroic, mysterious and funny.
I recommend this book for people who love mysteries and crime.
This is a perfect book to get your brain turning as you try and figure out what has happened…
