I believe the message of the story is - alone you may not succeed, but together you will always win
If I described the story in three words it would be: French, fantasy, mystery.
Whilst the story was great in the end, I found the first section of the story was a bit boring, but once I got further in I really enjoyed it.
My favourite character in this story has to be Carmichael because of how comedy is tied with his shell so much. The betrayal when he set the hotel ablaze was top tier.
I love how Coco and Lewis would always think they had the right solution, but this was hardly ever the case.
I would recommend this book for anyone who is interested in problem solving, or who likes to be kept on their toes! I

About the Book
Coco’s parents have poured everything into a struggling French hotel.
But the hotel is haunted by a bitter old ghost, Monsieur Framboise, a chocolatier who met a sticky end.
He agrees to share his legendary skills with Coco and her new friend Louis in exchange for their help in uncovering the truth behind his murder.
Can Coco and Louis save the family hotel and solve the mystery?
