Accidental Detective – Show Stoppers
Book Review
This book is about Anisha, her best friend Milo and her cousins Mindy and Manny. The school they go to is putting on a musical for all the parents to watch but things keep going wrong. I loved this book because it was a detective story and Anisha, the main character was really good at solving clues.
In some of the chapters, there were boxes with calculations to do with the story which made me laugh. My favourite was MILO + BEENA = DOUBLE DRAMA DISASTER!
Another one of my favourite parts was when Molly the cat went ‘floopy’ and spilt the glue and the glitter and all the props went on the floor.
This book would be recommended for people who enjoy detective stories, stories about friendships and funny stories that make you laugh

JUST ONE WEEK UNTIL SHOWTIME! I’m SO busy – our class is putting on a musical, and we only have ONE WEEK before curtain up. And, as it’s nearly DIWALI, Granny Jas is cooking non-stop, and Auntie Bindi is determined to BRING THE BLING.
I’m leaving the theatrics to Milo, but as the director’s assistant I have LOADS to do…especially now everything is going WRONG. Even Molly the cat is forgetting her cues! Miss Jive believes the show is CURSED, but I think someone is trying to STOP THE SHOW!
