I never normally read historical books but this might change my taste!
Cut Him Out in Little Stars follows Juliet whose life is turned upside down when she is sent to stay with her sister at Sapphire House. Not long into her stay a body turns up on the beach. Surrounded by mystery and unanswered questions, she must find the courage to discover the truth and understand the stories that have shaped her.
She soon find that the past is not as simple as it seems and the secrets she uncovers will change the way she sees the people around her. Along the way, she learns about friendship, loss and love.
Personally, I loved this beautifully written story. I never normally read historical books but this might change my taste.
I recommend this book to fans of historical mysteries who enjoy stories full of secrets and love.

Heartbroken after the death of her fighter pilot fiancé, Juliet is sent to stay with her sister at Samphire House. But when she discovers the body of a local girl washed up on the beach, past mysteries come flooding back.
Under the darkening skies of wartime England, Juliet is thrown together with a handsome stranger. Can she find the courage to confront her deepest fears, put right a terrible injustice, and – even as the world burns around her – risk falling in love once more?
