I like the front cover because it has a robot and I love robots. This book gives you lots of information about things that people have invented and how to invent new things.

Lizzy was shocked when her invention didn’t work at first, then the door flew open and it was Ruby who gave her some ideas.

I like the inventors pathway game; I played this with a dice and moved my counter; this gave me good ideas for a new invention.

I liked learning about different inventors; I liked it when Hertha Ayrton had the idea to make street lamps which didn’t catch fire, so were more safe. I like the invention of the ironing board because lots of people need ironing boards.

I liked learning about Ada Lovelace because she knew lots about computers and how to enter codes.
I liked seeing the information about the X-ray machines and how computers can help us when we are ill. I liked learning about how cars changed.`

think poo powered lampposts sound revolting. I like the clever constructions like self-cooling buildings; this means you don’t need air conditioning in these buildings so they use less energy.
I like the idea of growing crops underground. It is unbelievable that some roads are made of recycled plastic bottles.

I liked all of the young inventors because they help with new ideas.

I think this is a good book, because it gives you lots of ideas and inspiration for things to invent. After reading this book, I tried to make a money machine using card board boxes.
