I think it is amazing book because it is funny and makes me laugh.
The best bit is when all the vegetables jumped up from the soil.
My favourite vegetable in the story is the Brussel sprout.
My brother’s favourite vegetable is the peas. He likes that they are naked (outside of their pods)!
It made my tummy want to eat French beans when I read that bit.
I like all the books from this series and read them a lot at bed-time and bath-time.
We like the pictures and the rhyme in these fantastic stories.

Clare Foges is a British writer best known for her time as a speechwriter to former UK Prime Minister David Cameron. She is also a columnist for The Times, a presenter on LBC radio, and the author of several children’s books.
Illustrator
Al Murphy
Al Murphy is a British illustrator and animator whose work has appeared for clients such as the BBC, MTV, and Air France. He graduated from the Liverpool School of Art in 1999 and later became a children’s book author, publishing 'A Duck Called Brian'.
