The story made me feel happy and a little bit brave because it was spooky but not scary at all
I really liked Supertato – Spooky Day because it was funny and exciting.
Supertato is a potato superhero, which I think is very cool and silly. I love the show on Cbeebies too.
The pictures are bright and fun, and I liked looking for funny details in the shelves and the veggies.The story made me feel happy and a little bit brave because it was spooky but not scary at all.
I would read this book again because it made me laugh and I like superheroes. I think other kids would love it too, especially if they like funny stories and Halloween.
About the Book
It’s Halloween, and there’s an exciting new arrival in the supermarket – Pumpkin! Pumpkin is Supertato’s biggest fan and she’s desperate to join the Tato Team. There’s just one problem … Supertato is afraid of pumpkins!
But when Evil Pea tricks Pumpkin into being part of one of her evil plans in exchange for a treat, Supertato might be the only one strong enough to save her.
Can Supertato overcome his fear before it’s too late?
