Book Review

Me and my mummy did counting when we read it together and I liked practising my numbers

Laurie:
I loved this book! Me and my mummy did counting when we read it together and I liked practising my numbers. The pictures were so colourful, I couldn’t wait to turn the page to see what was next so me and my mummy could talk about it together. I wanted to read it again and again!

Mum:

One Amazing Story was a wonderful book to read with my 2-year-old. The simple text, which also incorporates counting, made it perfect for reading aloud together and helped keep my toddler engaged throughout.

The beautiful, colourful illustrations encouraged lots of conversation as we read, especially because the characters and animals were often feeling or doing different things compared to the beginning of the story. It naturally prompted my little one to notice changes, point things out, and talk about what was happening on each page, which made it a really interactive and enjoyable read for us both.

About the Book
