A lovely, lovely book
“It’s a ball!…no wait it’s an Easter egg!…it can’t be a chair, can it?!”
Ila was full of intrigue reading this book. And then finally when it was revealed that it was in fact an egg… “But what’s in it? A bird? Why is it green? Is it a tortoise? Do they lay eggs?”
Ila loved peering through the holes in each page and each time we’ve read it we’ve notice something new in the illustrations which has sparked even more intrigue and discussion.
Thank you so much for another lovely, lovely book.
