Book Review

I love this book because it makes me feel ok to worry about things, like when I started school

Edith: I love this book because it makes me feel ok to worry about things, like when I started school I was a little worried, but everybody worries about different things.

Mum’s thoughts: I found this book great for Edith we had some brilliant conversations about the different things she worries about. The three breaths are a great technique that she loves doing every time we read the book. She says she will do this next time she’s worried.

The illustrations were nice, something different and very colourful. Overall, I would say it is a great book to help teach young children about worrying and that everyone worries from time to time, but that’s okay and actually very normal.

I’d highly recommend if child are going through a big change that they may be worrying about such as starting school and moving house.
