Book Review

The dragon who shares is my favourite book

Adam loves this story and has repeatedly pulled it off the shelf. The large, colourful pictures are attractive and he particularly likes the “dragon eating fire”. He says “The dragon who shares is my favourite book”.

The story is cute and a perfect way to teach pre-schoolers about sharing.

Adam’s older brothers were interested in the dragon being pink and called Ruby and loved how she became a friendly, sharing giant.

We had some some great family discussions about stereotypes and how this can lead to being judgmental.

They also enjoyed inspecting all the interesting things in the treasure hoard, we could play I Spy with this!
