I enjoyed looking at all the different trucks and machines on each page

I liked this book because it has lots of vehicles in it and the pictures are bright and fun, I enjoyed looking at all the different trucks and machines on each page.
I also liked the rhyming words—they made the story fun to listen to and I liked copying my mummy when she read them.
Mum:
This is a lovely bedtime book that works well as part of a calming nighttime routine. Laurie really enjoyed the illustrations, especially the variety of vehicles featured throughout the book- There’s plenty to look at on each page.
The rhyming text is another highlight—it flows nicely when read aloud and made the story enjoyable for both Laurie and I.

It’s bedtime for Little Digger and friends as the sun sets and the stars start to twinkle. As all the other vehicles make their way home, Little Digger isn’t ready to finish work just yet, but even little diggers need to rest so that they can get up bright and early and do their very busy best?
