I read Bear Cubs Don’t Do Queues with my mummy and we both really liked it. It was fun seeing what the little bear got up to next, and it made it exciting every time we turned the page. I really enjoyed the pictures too, especially trying to find the things the bear was looking for on each page.
Mum’s views:
This is a really enjoyable book with a fun and engaging storyline that young children can easily relate to, especially when it comes to learning about waiting their turn.
One of the standout features is the interactive element—being able to have children join in is a great addition. It keeps them involved and makes story-time feel more like a shared activity.
Overall, a lovely, engaging read with bright illustrations and a meaningful message.
About the Book
If you are going into town, your bear cub is going to want to come with you.
They will help you carry your bags, they will happily sit next to a stranger on a busy bus, and they will absolutely love playing with the pigeons in the fountain.
They will NOT, however, join you in a queue. Queues are BORING!
But when you have a parcel to send to Granny, you’re going to have to keep your bear cub entertained.
